Wayne A. Knight practices in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Estate Planning, and Business Law. He is experienced as a Mediator/Arbitrator and has served as a Pro Tem Judge for the Solano County Superior Courts.
Mr. Knight received his BA from Brigham Young University and served 20 years as a pilot for the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. He received his law degree from the Lincoln School of Law in Sacramento, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979.
Mr. Knight has been the Attorney for the Solano Community Symphony since its inception. He is involved in Lion's Club International and the West Valley Chorus, where he currently serves as Chapter President for the 2011 Year.
Mr. Knight is active in church and civic endeavors and has been practicing in Solano County continuously since May of 1979.
David W. Knight, a life long resident of Solano County has been practicing law since 1998. He received his BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1994, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, College of Law in 1997. In 1998, he joined his father, Wayne, to form Knight & Knight.
Mr. Knight practices in the areas of Adoption, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning & Probate, and Personal Injury. A frequent seminar speaker on Estate Planning issues such as; "Why Estate Planning is not just for the Rich," and "How to avoid Probate," he continues to speak regularly at seminars in the communities of Walnut Creek, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Fairfield, Vacavillle, Woodland, Davis, Rocklin & Lincoln. Mr. Knight volunteers his time every first Friday of the month at the Suisun Senior Center providing free legal consultations to Seniors in need of counsel and advice on a wide range of issues.
Mr. Knight loves music and more particularly, singing. An active member of the West Valley Chorus and the American River Chorus, he currently sings Lead in the Hi-Point Quartet, and can be heard performing Singing Valentines throughout the community each year.
